With summer in full swing, I’ve curated a chic and trendy beach day look that's perfect for soaking up the sun in style. This outfit is all about minimalism and comfort, so you can focus on enjoying your day by the water.
Starting with a black ribbed swimsuit, this cutout one-piece is both flattering and stylish. One-piece bathing suits are nice as they look like bodysuits and are easy to transition from laying in the sun to heading to your favorite lunch spot for a drink and food. To complement it, I added a black sarong, which is perfect for a quick cover-up. I chose comfy slides that are quick to put on and perfect for walking on the beach or finding a casual lunch spot by the shore.
For accessories, I went with simple yet bold gold hoops and a sleek gold watch. I chose smaller thick gold hoops that add a little bit of texture but aren’t too much for the chill and simple vibe of a beach day. Of course, don't forget your favorite pair of sunnies and a straw beach bag. This bag has style but also is spacious enough to carry all your beach essentials, including headphones, a towel, a book, snacks, and sunscreen.
Speaking of essentials, I always make sure to bring along some sunscreen to protect my skin. I’m currently using a whipped SPF 30 sunscreen – it smells amazing and keeps my skin safe. I also love bringing a good book to the beach, and "One Italian Summer" by Rebecca Serle is currently in my cart to purchase for my next pool or beach day. Lastly, a hair clip or scrunchie is always handy for those moments when you need to put your hair up and enjoy the breeze or take a quick dip to cool off in the water.
